The Boat:

Spacious and comfortable, the JBW boasts mahogany-panelled interiors, hand-crafted fittings, and an atmosphere of subdued elegance. Her expansive aft deck is perfect for al fresco entertaining. The JBW can accommodate up to 10 people at a time for formal sit down meals, 25 for buffet-style dinning or 40 guests for cocktail cruising. Old style, yet perfectly well maintained, JBW is a luxury vessel and quite unique in Sydney Harbour. We love the large open deck area!!

  • Catering: buffet from $85/pers and cocktail from $65
  • Drink package at $12.5/h/pers (everything apart from spirits)
  • BYO drinks is $10/pers

STAFF WAGES The cost of the chef for cruises of a three hour duration is included in the above per person food cost. Wages for the chef will be charged on an hourly basis for cruises longer than three hours.

The cost of additional wait staff will be charged in addition to the per person food cost. Additional hourly rates for all staff are as follows:

Weekdays             $40.70 per hour, incl GST Saturdays               $46.25 per hour, incl GST Sundays                 $61.05 per hour, incl GST Public Holidays      $81.40 per hour, incl GST

For guest numbers below 20 there will be an additional labour charge of $150

Full bar service of quality bottled house wines, champagne, premium beer, soft drinks & juices available at $12.50 pp p/hr, minimum 4 hours. Spirits charged on a consumption basis.

Available for groups of 10 or more guests. Includes Bar Staff.
