The Boat:

M.V. Yackatoon features a comfortable saloon area, a complete surround sound system, tender, plasma television, large aft deck and enclosed fly bridge. It is used for luxury fishing charters, as well as all sorts of harbour cruises (private or corporate). All equipment and bait is included on fishing charters, along with extremely experienced staff who can teach or help you with your fishing, no matter how experienced you are. You can go deep sea game fishing for marlin, tuna, kingfish and mahi mahi, or bottom fishing for snapper and flathead. Yackatoon is also a popular choice for Hens parties, Bucks parties and BYO social functions for groups of up to 34. With ample deck space and a great sound system it is the perfect boat for anchoring at a Sydney Harbour beach for a swim or BBQ.

Rates for NYE:

* $14,000 for BYO – or $18,000 All inclusive
* 30 passengers max
* 6.H cruise from 7pm to 1am
* Hot and cold seafood platers, on course of cold finger food and two courses of hot finger food.
* Pick up and drop off to be confirmed

Comments from the owner : “As New Year’s Eve is so busy we do a cruise for the initial period and then head to the designated Charter boat area where we get a spot right on the edge facing the Harbour Bridge. That way we have no one in front to block us. In the past we have then stayed there for the two fireworks shows. If we move we will lose our spot and therefor our vantage spot for the midnight fireworks is not as good”
