The Boat:

This beautifully appointed 50’ sailing catamaran is a huge 27’ wide, making her wonderfully stable and expansive in her offering. Bask in the afternoon sun in a bean bag or day bed on one of her huge decks, or take some shade and relax in her large indoor saloon. The interiors and fore deck offer unrivaled comfort and space. 
This vessel showcases an impeccable attention to detail with its 5 bedrooms and spacious entertaining areas and can accommodate up to 36 guests.

  3. Sticky soy chicken with hokkien noodles and stir fried veg topped with toasted sesame seeds and roast peanuts.

Main

1.Peri Peri Glazed chicken Breast served with Mexican quinoa salsa salad featuring cucumber, heirloom Tomato, capsicum, coriander, lime.

2.Fijita spiced BBQ Lamb Cutlets drizzled with tzatziki dressing served with fresh shaved apple, fennel and orange dressing salad topped with crumbled Persian feta.
