The Boat:

Are you looking for something different to enjoy your day off? Or are you planning an intimate party with a few close friends? Or do you want to spend some precious time with that special someone? Whatever the occasion, what better way to spend it than on Catalyst, one of our popular charter boats at Sydney Catamaran Cruises.

With a maximum capacity of 20 guests, Catalyst is one of the most affordable option for a charter on Sydney Harbour. The boat has a range of features ensuring your experience out on the water is done in comfort.

Catalyst is the prefect answer to all your needs. Take a ride on this 34 ft motorised catamaran on a day out. Its superior design ensures that you get a smooth ride, no matter what the water condition. Get on board and feel the tang in the air, the breeze ruffling your hair and the awesome view. You can plan this as a family outing. Children love the open sky, clean air and the feel on the boat under their feet. Nets at the front will let them enjoy the spray from the sea. Why not plan a birthday party with a sea theme? Or get cousins and friends on board.

In fact, it is quite popular for small parties. With a capacity to hold up to 16 guests, the Catalyst is perfect for parties that are not too big. Its size and proportions make it perfect for a cosy get together with close friends. If the weather does not permit standing on deck and enjoying the breeze, relax in the indoor cabin with its plush seating. The sound system at the Catamaran is excellent, so get your dancing shoes. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the ride and we’ll do the rest!

There is also a barbecue on board. After all what can be better than a BBQ on the blue waters? You can get seafood fillet, sausage sizzle and more. If you reach early enough, do not forget the gourmet champagne breakfast. After all what better occasion to bring out the bubbly!

Public Holiday rates :

* Boat hire: $360/h – 4 hours minimum

* BYO food and drinks permitted – they provide ice & ice buckets.

* You need to bring along disposable plates knives and forks etc when you choose to self cater and the boat disposes of all rubbish.

* Free pick up service to have alcohol on board and on ice for your arrival

* Food menus available from as little as $10/pers

OPTION 1: Money Saver! $10.00 each – SAUSAGE SIZZLE.
Sausages, sauces bread & potato chips.

OPTION 2: $23.00 each – GOURMET SAUSAGE SIZZLE.
Chicken sausages with rocket & goat cheese, beef sausages with spinach, fetta & pine nuts, fresh herb garden salad, nibblies & soft drink.

OPTION 3: $23.00 each – SAUSAGE SIZZLE WITH KEBABS.
Sausage sizzle plus lemon chicken kebabs, morrocan chicken kebabs, fresh herb garden salad, nibblies & soft drink.

OPTION 4: $33.00 each – GOURMET CHAMPAGNE BREAKFAST.
Bacon & eggs, tomatoes, sausages, croissants, orange juice, toast, marmalade, jam, coffee & tea. We can also arrange to have your champagne pre-boarded.

OPTION 5: $35.00 each – GOURMET SAUSAGE SIZZLE WITH CHICKEN KEBABS & FRESH PRAWNS.

OPTION 6: $40.00 each – SEAFOOD & JUICY FILLET STEAKS.
Fresh fish from the Sydney Fish Markets including salmon cutlets and white fish (best available on the day) fillet steaks all barbecued to perfection, barbecued chicken, fresh herb salad, cheese & fruit platter, nibblies & soft drink.

OPTION 7: $50.00 each – SEAFOOD DELIGHT.
Fresh fish from the Sydney Fish Markets, prawns, oysters served with lemon on ice, salmon cutlets and white fish (best available on day) barbecued to perfection, barbecued chicken, fresh herb salad, cheese & fruit platter, nibblies & soft drink.

Self catering
You are also welcome to self cater and use the onboard bbq for no additional charge. You need to bring along disposable plates knives and forks etc when you choose to self cater and we dispose of all rubbish.
