The Boat:

At 66ft the Magic boasts a large open planned dining room, as well as a sheltered sky deck, perfect for the unpredictable weather of today. The versatility of her design sees her as cater to countless events from corporate lunches and dinners to intimate wedding receptions, Sydney Harbour water transfers and personal celebrations for all your family and friends to enjoy. A good and affordable charter boat.

Cold Canape 1. Mini bruschetta- garlic oil rubbed croutons topped with freshly sliced tomato, Spanish onion and handpicked basil leafs topped with a balsamic glaze. (cold)(veg) 2. Rice paper rolls- Vietnamese rice paper rolls filled with fresh cabbage, carrots and capsicum and coriander. Served with soy sauce (cold)(veg)(gf) 3. Smoked salmon blinis- fresh Tassie smoked salmon served on a dill infused blini and topped with preserved lemon cream fraiche (cold) 4.
